Vo2 Max

My Vo2 max is in the above average  at about  44 for a 18 year old woman. The hill run that the class did on the 6th was Anaerobic glycolysis as it produced lactic acid and we were doing inter-volt sprints around the 30 -60 sec range to get up a rest to regain our self and continue. Wile running we where using glucose or glycogen in mussel & liver as fuel.
