Fitness Testing Results
My best out of the types
A) aerobic : Did not turn out too well the bench steps where meant to be aerobic ; however , when it was done it could not be sustained for long periods of time. To make it an aerobic activity It would have need to slow down.
B) anaerobic: The hill run would be my best
C) ATP CP system: The sprint race. sprint as fast as you can lasted less than 10 seconds
D) flexibility: the back bridge was my best. I was able to go all the way down and touch the ground.
E) power: would be the long jump I got 175 cm
F) agility : Box test. you had to nimbly move fast around a coned area.
What I want to improve on my core and legs. Specific I'm testing myself with wall sits , plank as well as faster speed on the hill sprints. will test my wall sits an my plank by time, and for my hill sprints on how many I can get in a time. Some apps that can help are the Nike training app. I'd be able to isolate the groups legs and core by choosing specific exercises which would help me.
