Mondays Exercise



Today with the class I ran the intervolt pond run. One miniute on and off. My intensity level was a four out of five During the workout I could feel the burn in my legs as well as I was sweaty and uncomfortably hot.  I exercised for about 28 minutes with a distance of 4.62KM 
For the next pond run my goal is to run faster with more distance when I am sprinting. This will cause more burn but I can do it  I want to see a higher lactic said threshold.

  1. Nice post. I like the reflection on your activity and showing a connection between what we have learned in class (lactic acid...) and what you are doing. Cool.
