Fitness Results
Last fitness day , my beep test was retrogressive. I got 8.5 on the beep test which is one of my lowest scores. For me it wasn't the fact that I my heart rate was really high but my legs not wanting to go any faster. Technically I got lower than what I got because I missed the Beep 6X. the first two ones I missed I looked at the clock and told myself I had to keep going. After 4 more misses it felt pointless and very demotivating. I checked my heart rate and it was 170 vs something near 203 , which is the determined maximum hear rate. 220-age. I think it was just a off day.
I did better doing the plank. I was able to do the plank for 3:12. My best timing is about 2:40 so I improved
.Push up wise I did 25 without stopping. This wasn't too bad either , so my goal next time is to get 30.
My flexibility I got 5. It doesn't surprise me at all though Iv gotten 5 many times before. However I wonder if there is any way to make it harder.
T test timing I got 12:35. I never really paid attention to this test so it surprised me because the last time i recorded it i had 14 something.
Balancing is something I have more trouble with. I had 12 board touches in 30 seconds.
For the jumping I had a difference of 35m. being 2m I got 235.

Interm Report.
For this class my attendance is almost perfect. I only have one missing day because I went home with a throbbing headache. Iv never forgotten my full strip and I make sure I change fast. I am in the change room before the second bell rings.
I find that my participation is 100% in this class. Iv noticed that my running has gotten better since I was able to use the nike run app to track my running.I get out what I put into this class and I notice it. The intensity of my work out is around be'4/5 when I'm in pe. Block wide fitness days for me feel the same. It could be that there are not that many students in 5th block todal or that I'm comfortable working out in large numbers. My most proudest fitness is the extended beep tests we do. I amaze myself as I don't quit even when I think I can't do it no more. It's even improved my regular beep tests.
My contributations to super fit is my happy attitude. I'm never too picky on the fitness days and feel like I make the most that I can out of everyclass. I could contribute more to this class by being around althorclassmates rather than the distinct few that I know. It's a class so I should know my classmates. Why else would it be called a class.
