Following up
Is just a few weeks into October, I feel as some of my goals for fitness have been some watt lagging.
I would say this because what I have been taking out of this class has minimal. I put allot of effort into PE class but not outside of it. To fix this I should find some inspiration. things that have motivated me in the past where looking up to people who were healthy and fit.Iv had some good days in PE. the days I found myself trying my hardest where when we did the loca loca motion and when we did the rotating stations. It has always been easier for me to do PE when there was a set goal
