Mid term review


       
          This class has reached its half way point , overall  I'v noticed some changes. I used  feel iffy about full participation on fitness days but now I am highly motivated to improve and make goals. Secondly I feel that I' v been able to  cooperate with others wile still staying on task, for example  ,  on fitness days my partner and I will motivate each other wile we complete a run  or group activity. Lastly Id say that  iv improved my overall fitness level to be higher than in the beginning of the year. this makes me feel happy that I joined this class.I believe that i deserve 90% from the following above.








Fencing



      My first impression of fencing was pretty accurate to what we learned in fencing.  when she showed the fencing video on the beginning day it was interesting to learn the background of fencing.once we started the fencing techniques  I found the foot work easy to catch on and the swords to be easily direct-able.The last day was my favorite , I enjoyed getting into groups and versing opponents . My favorite opponent to face Thanuji  she and I where being friendly competitive. Out of all the field trips this was my favorite one.

True

Panorama School of Dance

Recently our class went on a field trip to the panorama school of dance. It was interesting. I had fun learning the choreography with the whole class because none of us where experts  ,  we where learning together.  The instructor made some parts look easy. balancing was one of the hardest part for me. Also , when we where stretching , it hurt. I Enjoyed every last bit of it though.

Following up




   Is just a few weeks into October, I feel as some of my goals for fitness have been some watt lagging.
I would say this because what I have been taking out of this class has minimal. I put allot of effort into PE class but not outside of it. To fix this I should find some inspiration. things that have motivated me in the past where looking up to people who were healthy and fit.Iv had some good days in PE. the days I found myself trying my hardest where when we did the loca loca motion and when we did the rotating stations. It has always been easier for me to do PE when there was a set goal

        I chose to take this class as it is different from regular PE.  I thought , why not try get fit ? maybe ill enjoy it more than the regular PE. So far I do. I like the fact that its all girls . Also that it gives off a more friendly vibe. PE has always been my favorite subject,especially  after  a mentally enduring day of learning.  What I hope to get out of this class is to improve on fitness and to contribute to the community like aspect of this class.
