My new Nike running app.



        Its the second time I'v gone for a jog during PE ,I loved it. The sun was out ,the air was fresh which inspired me to run to my optimal potential .I ran 5.5km in 33min my all time best.(since my first run)Once I reached the school I knew I was proud with my efforts. What makes me the happiest is that I really pushed trough the run. I admit I do love to exercise however there are times that I want to quit. This time I didn't , I pushed through my wavering feelings and imagined my self jogging and beating my personal best! My goal is to run at a faster pace. my pace today was 9:36 per 1.6 km  or mile. next time I want to get 9:00 and no more than 9:06.

First few days of super fit

There's been two days of classes for super fit so far. I wanted to take this class        to help push myself to exercise.  I find that when I work out in a class I work out a lot harder.
