Finial post

Get fit is soon coming to it's semester end. I enjoyed this class as I felt like I got a lot out of it. Iv noticed my attitude towords pe had drasticly changed. Iv always gave effort into class time but iv put more value into doing things outside of school to keep me fit. Iv gone on jogs ,done hill , go to the gym , swim or do a occasional yoga class at the Y. I also found that Iv gained a lot of confidence from taking this class. I used to be embarrassed if I didn't feel like I was doing something properly ( eg . Zumba or insanity video ) I found that I didn't care if I wasn't perfect , as long as I could see that I was putting all my effort Into something I shouldn't feel embraced. Iv improved a lot this semester, I am very pleased with that. I used to only get 8 on the beep test iv almost made it to 10. Also I can do chair sits for 15min! Before I  could only do up to 3:00 , when doing the plank I get 4:50 when before I had 1:45. I'm sad that this class is going to end but I'm happy because I got as much out of it in the time I had. 

For this class I'd give myself a 93
